Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
CoverCraft is operated by CoverCraft Labs ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age (or have authority to bind your organization).
2. The service
CoverCraft generates AI-assisted cover letters from a job description and resume you provide. Outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Acceptable use
You must not (a) use the service unlawfully, (b) submit content you don't have rights to, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the service, (d) use the service for spam, fraud, or to generate illegal content, harassment, deepfakes, or material that infringes others' IP.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights to the resumes and job descriptions you submit and to the generated letters. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the service. We may remove or refuse content that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The CoverCraft software, branding, and documentation remain our property.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your access ends; you may export your generated letters before that point.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or opportunity (e.g. job offers).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
