30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on CoverCraft Pro. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with.
  2. Or reply to the receipt email Paddle sent at the time of purchase.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage" link inside the app. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew after that.
